Delivery & Returns

Delivery and charges

1. Our delivery only includes mainland Singapore. Sentosa island and Jurong island are not included. 
2. Orders will be delivered to customers within 7 working days from the date of order, subject to the availability of stock.

3. Delivery charges are as below:

   Less than S$100	$7.90 (inclusive of 7% GST)	Within 7 working days from date of order (if stock is available)
   S$100 or more	Free delivery	Within 7 working days from date of order (if stock is available)

    

4. Beauty Language reserves the right to decline to an order or if Beauty Language is unable to supply an order because of an unforeseen change including stock availability. The order will be refunded in such circumstances. 
5. Additional delivery charge ($7.90 including GST) would apply for redelivery in the event there is nobody to receive the items or due to last minute changes in delivery timing or address. Customer is to ensure the accuracy of the delivery address and a valid contact number is required for the purpose of delivery.

Return policy

1. Beauty Language online has a 3-day return policy. In the event a product is damaged upon delivery, kindly inform us immediately at shop@beautylanguage.com. Our staff will contact you within 3 working days.
2. Beauty Language Online reserves the right to request for photo evidence in the event of damaged products.
3. In the event of any discrepancy in the order, Beauty Language reserves the right to supply / collect back the product from the customer or refund accordingly.
