Additionally, Hydrolized Rise Protein helps to hydrate skin and absorbs surface oil leaving behind a matte finish. Balanced pH (5,5) effectively protects your skin against microorganisms/bacterial growth.
Directions
Apply toner to your cleansed skin with a cotton pad. Use the toner along with other ACNE products.
